Joyful Spaces, Made Simple.
Transform your rental into a home that inspires—without breaking the bank or your lease agreement.

Here's how it works!
01
Tell us what inspires you
Who doesn't love before & after pics? We're giving it a new twist. Rather than overhaul it all with an expensive design agency, we save you money by targeting that one part of your home you thought was impossible to decorate. So snap some pics, pick your vibes, and let our community of designers make your space pop. We're all ears.
02
Get expert advice
Designers get a chance to choose projects they feel they're a fit for. Once we pair you off, they'll work with your vision to bring about a living area where you can thrive.
03
Bring your living space to life
Transform your space without breaking the bank (or your lease agreement). We'll suggest upgrades that fit your budget and risk tolerance. Need advice on specific items like furniture? Ask away. Bite-sized design in the palm of your hand.
Welcome to Roost.
Our story
Our story
Any gamers in the chat? We met in Apex Legends mid-pandemic and never looked back. Bonding over a shared distaste for the status quo, we decided we wanted to democratize design in a way the world has never seen.
High-end consultants feel like overkill, we get it.
We're working hard to change that. Our firm belief
is that everyone deserves good design, no matter their zip code. Join us as we partner with schools, universities, moms, and the broader community to bring you the joy of good design at a fraction of the cost. This is Roost.

Josie
Nik fell in love with architecture and product design in secondary school, where he spent a fall shadowing an architecture firm. After a decade as a product manager in social good tech, he's now finding his way back to that first crush. These days, he enjoys his fur family and volunteering for sustainable causes in his community.
Josie knew a normal career was never in the cards. They quickly pivoted a philosophy major into degrees in in Architecture and Product Design, leveraging those into a management role in UX. Frustrated by the over-representation of wealthy clients in the industry, they want a reset. She also likes making fun of Nik.
